Media Release by the Director General / Chief Executive Officer of Civil Aviation regarding Passenger arrivals at Sri Lanka’s International Airports to be disseminated as appropriate.

Passengers will be permitted to arrive at Sri Lanka’s international Airports with effect from 0000hrs (Local time in SL) on 1st of
June 2021 subject to the following restrictions until further notice:

  1. Each incoming flight can carry only a maximum of 75 passengers in total.
  2. Any passenger with a travel history to India / Vietnam (including transit) in the past 14 days will not be permitted to arrive.
  3. All arriving passengers will be subject to a 14 days quarantine period as per instructions of the Health Authorities.
    In addition, the provision of SD-20 (Revision 3 of 15th May 2021) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka will apply.
