Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekara says that there is no decision to remove the fuel management QR code system from next month as stated by certain media and social media posts.
In a Twitter message, the Minister clarified that the fuel management QR system will be continued until the full fuel requirements can be fulfilled.
