The price of imported milk powder will go up again by the end of this week, according to Milk Powder Importers Association spokesman Ashoka Bandara.
Market sources say that a kilo of milk powder will increase by Rs. 800.
He said that as the control price for milk powder has been removed, the milk powder companies can increase the price at will, adding that it is not possible to say how much the milk powder will increase.
