A person sitting on the President’s chair was arrested

Sri Lanka police arrested a person who illegally entered the Presidential Palace and sat on the President’s chair. On July 9, this person illegally entered to the Presidential Palace and sat on the President’s chair and took photos. The arrested suspect is a twenty-eight-year-old resident of Samanpuragama area. This person has been arrested in Deraniyagala area this afternoon.

The arrested suspect is scheduled to be produced to the court and the Colombo Crime Division is conducting further investigations. (LankaXpress.com )
