Education Ministry says that Friday the 30th of June declared as a special holiday for all Muslim schools in the country as Hajj is celebrated on the 29th.
Muslims in Sri Lanka will celebrate the festival on the 29th of June, since the crescent for the month of Dhul Hijjah was sighted on June 19 in the country.
