779 prisoners to be pardoned for Sinhala and Tamil New Year

In view of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, President Ranil Wickremesinghe will grant Presidential pardons to 779 prisoners in accordance with Article 34(1) of the Constitution, the President’s Media Division (PMD) said.
