For the fourth consecutive day, Sri Lanka records over 1000 COVID cases. Today Sri Lanka reported 1156 coronavirus cases. This caseload is the highest daily cases after about 4 months. Test positivity rate is also increasing and the 7-day average is about 11%.
Sri Lanka’s active COVID patients count passed 18,000 mark again. According to the data reported by the Epidemiology Unit, active cases count shows as 18,866.
