Over 10 million second doses of coronavirus vaccines administered in Sri Lanka

According to COVID19 Vaccine rollout tracking, Sri Lanka reached 10 million milestone for Covid-19 vaccination drive. So far over 10 million second doses of the coronavirus vaccines have been administered in Sri Lanka. About 87% of the total population above age 30 in Sri Lanka have been administered with two dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

So far over 13 million first doses of the coronavirus vaccines have been administered in Sri Lanka. Close to 100% of the total population above age 30 in Sri Lanka have been administered with at least the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, according to data released.

Close to 50% of the total population 20-30 age in Sri Lanka have been administered with at least the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

Sri Lanka so far received over 27.4 million vaccines. The highest number of vaccines per day of 571,589 administered on August 30 and Sri Lanka administered 515,830 doses of COVID vaccines on July 29.
