President Ranil Wickremesinghe said he intends to seek Japanese assistance to establish a Maha Vihara University to study Theravada Buddhism, during his upcoming visit to Japan. The President made these comments while visiting the Chief Prelates of the Malwatu & Asgiri Chapters, this morning.
