General Manager of the Ceylon Electricity Board CEB says that there will be NO power cuts till Sunday, 30 January.
Meanwhile officials say the resumption of operations at the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery will be delayed until January 30th.
Kelanitissa Sojitz private power plant is not functioning due to maintenance work and national grid has lost about 162 megawatts of electricity.
