Meanwhile Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has requested the government to postpone the Grade 5 scholarship, O/L and A/L Exams. G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination for the year 2021, which was scheduled for August, has been postponed to October.
Sri Lanka Minister of Education Prof. G.L. Peiris says the examination is for now set to take place between October 4 and 31 but the final decision and dates will be announce next week.
