Sri Lanka records the lowest single-day coronavirus deaths after 5 months

For the 4th consecutive day, Sri Lanka’s Daily Covid deaths below 25.

Sri Lanka records the lowest single-day coronavirus deaths after 160 days as only 12 COVID related deaths reported. About 500 coronavirus related deaths have been reported in Sri Lanka during October 1 to 17.

According to the Director General of Health Services, 12 deaths had taken place October 16 and the total number of fatalities in Sri Lanka increased to 13,484.
