Election Commission says that the casting of Postal Votes postponed indefinitely due to Postal Ballot Papers not being received from the Government Printer on time.
Earlier, Postal voting for the 2023 Local Government election planned to be held on 22, 23 and 24 February.
The Chairman of the Commission said the commission has informed the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance in writing that around Rs. 770 million is required in February for the expenses of the upcoming LG election.
