All steps taken to hold LG Polls

Election Commission has informed the Supreme Court that all necessary steps have been taken to hold the Local Government Elections.

Election Commission (EC) says that the nominations for the Local Government Elections will be accepted from January 18th to 21st. EC Chairman S.G. Punchihewa says that LG polls would be held before March 15 making way to establish 340 LG bodies by March 19.
