Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella says that all citizens over the age of 18 will be fully vaccinated before the end of November.
The vaccination of all citizens over the age of 30 is scheduled to be completed by mid-September, the minister said. Rambukwella made this observation when he called on the Cuban Ambassador to Sri Lanka Andres Marcelo Gonzalez Garrido this morning (August 26).

The Minister of Health told the Cuban Ambassador that Sri Lankan citizens will also pay attention to a third vaccine after a full vaccination.

The Minister also requested the Ambassador to provide an opportunity for an exchange program to share the experience, knowledge and technology of the world-class Cuban health service in Sri Lanka.
