The whole education system will be digitalized by next year, and all measures relating to the process are being taken now, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said.
While participating in a ceremony at D.S. Senanayake College to hand over 4,672 new appointments, the Minister said all funding facilities are being received now and relevant measures are being taken now.
The relevant feasibility studies for the digitalizing process will be completed by the end of December, he added.
Along with education reforms, the digitalization process will be implemented in all 1A, 1B and 1C schools by March or April next year as the first phase of the programme.
Towards this, all principals and teachers should follow the digitalizing process. The education reforms programme must continue, whatever the difficulties encountered, said Minister Premajayantha.
