Economic Commission to be established to facilitate local & foreign investments – President

President Ranil Wickremesinghe said that a new Economic Commission will be established to facilitate quick approval of investment opportunities for local and foreign investors, the President’s Media Division (PMD) reported.

This move is expected to significantly contribute to the country’s economy, he noted, declaring open the Hanthana International Bird Park, said the PMD.
