The Alliance of 11 Parties of the government request the President to dissolve the current Cabinet and form a caretaker government representing all parties in Parliament.
Meanwhile Sri Lanka Freedom Party SLFP General Secretary Dayasiri Jayasekera says that SLFP is planning to request the President to immediately to form a caretaker government with participation of all political parties in parliament and to resolve the impending issues of fuel & power. He further says that if government not agreed, the SLFP will step down from all ministerial portfolios.
