Twitter Down ? Outage as Tweets not sending for users

Twitter Down? Twitter is currently experiencing outages in multiple countries. While it’s not completely down, a lot of users are reporting issues with login, tweeting and RTs.

Some users are reporting issues with Web platform and App as when they try to refresh automatic logout.

Downdetector says User reports indicate Twitter is having problems since 7.39 PM IST.
