President appoints two committees to prevent Covid-19 and dengue transmission

President Ranil Wickremesinghe has designated a ministerial committee and a specialist committee with the aim of managing and containing the transmission of Covid-19 and dengue infections.

According to the President’s Media Division (PMD), the ministerial committee is presided over by Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena while Dr. Seetha Arambepola chairs the specialist committee.
