Social Activist Piyath Nikeshala who was receiving treatment at the Colombo National Hospital, arrested over a complaint lodged by Former Deputy Mayor of Kaduwela Municipal Council Chandika Abeyratne.
On May 10, Former Deputy Mayor of Kaduwela Municipal Council Chandika Abeyratne who was receiving treatment at the Mulleriyawa Hospital, arrested for assaulting social media activist Piyath Nikeshala.
Social Activist Piyath Nikeshala has been hospitalized following an assault incident. He played a key role during the GotaGoGama ‘Aragalaya / Struggle’.
