Sri Lanka Education Ministry says that the applications forms to admit students to Grade 1 in government schools for the year 2024 have been published online.
Applications and guidelines can be obtained from the Education Ministry’s website (www.moe.gov.lk) or can download via below website links.

Applications for Grade-1 school admissions for the year 2024 for government schools, should be submitted to the heads of relevant schools before August 18, 2023.
Ministry said parents or legal guardians, who wished to enroll their children into Grade One of Government schools in year 2024, should submit their applications prepared as per the specimen form and instructions and send it to the relevant Heads of Schools by registered post to reach them before August 18, 2023.
