The National Livestock Development Board (NLDB) today launched a programme to provide fresh milk to homes in the mornings and evenings in Colombo city and its suburbs.
The Agriculture Ministry said arrangements have been made to start the inaugural event today at the premises of the National Livestock Development Board in Narahenpita.
