WhatsApp was trending on Twitter with more than 850,000 tweets. Telegram and Facebook Down words are also trending.
“We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience.” The official twitter handles of Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram also took to Twitter to confirm the outage.
Facebook is continuing to have one of its longest outages in recent history, remaining offline worldwide for nearly four+ hours. The source of the problem is still being determined, though some clues have come to light recently.
