Activist and General Secretary of the Ceylon Teachers’ Union CTU Joseph Stalin and 15 others who were taken away for quarantine in Mullaithivu released short while ago. Several protestors including Joseph Stalin arrested on July 8th over protest violating quarantine rules which launched against the proposed General Sir John Kotelawala National Defence University Bill.
