Cabinet reportedly grants approval to amend train fares in the near future says Transport Minister. The decision was reached after considering the recent CEYPETCO and IOC fuel price hikes.
Cabinet grants approval to increase bus fares. Minimum fare for CTB & private passenger buses will be increased by Rs. 3/= (Rs.17 to Rs. 20) & other categories by 15% with effect from today.
