Ceylon Electricity Board CEB requested power cuts approved by PUCSL for 17th March Areas PQRSTUVW – 2 hours from 3pm to 11pm and Areas ABCDEFGHIJKL, 2 hours from 9am to 5pm and 1 hour and 15 minutes from 5pm to 10pm.
