NO Power Cuts on April 13, 14 and 15

Public Utilities Commission says that there will be NO Power Outages on April 13th, 14th, 15th. However 2 hours & 15 minutes power cuts will be imposed on 16th & 17th April between 8 AM and 5 PM.
