No-confidence motion against government to table next week – Sajith

Leader of Opposition and Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) Leader Sajith Premadasa says the next parliamentary session will be crucial and that the no-confidence motion against the government will be brought in that week as a strength to the people’s struggle.

He was speaking at the commencement of the fifth day of the ‘Samagi Bala March’ organized by the Samagi Jana Balawegaya against the government in Yakkala.

The Leader of the Opposition said that the manner in which the no-confidence motion would be conducted could identify the true patriots and populists and that the Rajapaksa government, which had taken the country to the brink of collapse within two years, should be sent home immediately.
