As part of his regular and on-going dialogue with key ministries in the Indian governemnt, High Commissioner Milinda Moragoda met with Home Affairs Secretary Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla on June 20th.
The agenda for the meeting consisted of a review of a range of matters concerning Sri Lanka and agencies connected with the Indian Home Affairs Ministry. Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla is a senior officer of the 1984 batch of the Indian Administrative Service. Prior to assuming duties as
Secretary of Home Affairs, he held several senior positions in the Indian Government, including as Secretary of the Ministry of Power.
