The total number of Coronavirus cases in Sri Lanka surpassed the 400,000 mark as today Sri Lanka confirmed another 4483 coronavirus cases. Sri Lanka has reported 407,768 COVID-19 cases out of which 348,930 patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals, bringing down the active patient count to 50,890. A total of 7948 deaths have been reported from the virus.
