A state order directing all persons aged over 60 in four grades of Sri Lanka’s Nursing Service was quashed by the Court of Appeal on Tuesday (24 Oct.).
Accordingly, the Appeals Court quashed the relevant government order, and issued an order recalling all persons aged over 60 who were already sent on retirement to rejoin the service.
