Fort Magistrates Court has issued an order today, prohibiting several trade unions affiliated with the Frontline Socialist Party “Peratugami” and the JVP Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna from entering key areas such as Olcott Mw, York St, Bank St, Lotus Rd, and Chatham Street.
The court order also prevents them from causing any damage to public property. The decision comes as a measure to maintain public safety and prevent potential disturbances.
