All Island Bakery Owners’ Association says that the price of a 450gm loaf of bread will be reduced by Rs. 10 with effect from midnight today. The new price will be around Rs. 180.
On October 31, All Ceylon Bakery Owners Association announced that the price of a 450g loaf of bread reduced by Rs. 10. Few months ago, a loaf of bread was sold at a price of Rs. 300 by some bakeries.
