State Minister Shehan Semasinghe says that individuals who were previously unable to enroll for Aswesuma social welfare initiative will have another opportunity to do so in August 1st.
Non-registrants as well as new entrants will be offered the opportunity annually to enroll in the Asvesuma Benefits Program, and those who are unable to enroll will have the opportunity again in August.

Non-registrants for the ASWESUMA BENIFITS PROGRAM as well as new entrants will be offered the opportunity annually to enroll. Those who were unable to apply for this year’s program or who were unable to submit appeals will be given the opportunity to apply anew from August 1st.
State Minister Mr. Anupa Pascual said that a certain number of people are eligible to receive these benefits every year and some people leave due to various reasons.
