Actress Hyacinth Wijeratne passed away following a road traffic accident

Veteran actress Hyacinth Wijeratne (75) passed away, after the vehicle she was traveling fell into a precipice at Lindula Thalawakele area last night. She was reportedly on her way to Colombo from Nuwara Eliya after a Teledrama shooting. Police arrested the driver of the van.
