Sri Lanka to re-open A/L and O/L Classes of government schools from November month. Director General of Health Services says health guideless issued to resume A/L and O/L classes in government schools. Reopening dates to be decided by Education Ministry.

The schools were shut April 27 when Sri Lanka found that 3rd COVID cluster has emerged.

Sri Lanka re-opened primary schools from October 25 after keeping them closed for 175 days due to the lockdown and travel restrictions imposed to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
