Over 8 million second doses of coronavirus vaccines administered in Sri Lanka

According to COVID19 Vaccine rollout tracking, Sri Lanka reached 8 million milestone for Covid-19 vaccination drive. So far over 8 million (8,169,232) second doses of the coronavirus vaccines have been administered in Sri Lanka. About 70% of the total population above age 30 in Sri Lanka have been administered with two dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

So far over 12.4 million first doses of the coronavirus vaccines have been administered in Sri Lanka.

Sri Lanka so far received over 23 million vaccines. Sri Lanka to begin the vaccinate all the students and people aged below 30 from September as ongoing vaccination program of above 30 age is nearing complete.
