Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara says that a Petrol vessel arrived to Sri Lanka and now undergoing the quality sampling and will begin discharging from July 19. He further says CPSTL will commence deliveries to the Rural Depots by trains & trucks from July 19.
