Shooting incident reported in Panadura, one injured

A shooting incident has been reported in Wekada, Panadura at around 10:00 a.m., police said.

Two individuals who arrived on a motorcycle opened fire at a shop in Wekada, Panadura.

An employee of the shop sustained minor injuries and was admitted to the Panadura Base Hospital, police noted.
