Police arrested a suspect with fake currency notes in Minuwangoda

Police arrested a suspect in Minuwangoda area, in connection with the offence of printing and exchange of fake currency notes. Police seized 38 counterfeit notes of the Rs. 1000 note and 8 fake notes of Rs. 5000. Also police recovered a Computer and printing materials. Suspect to produce before court today.

Police Spokesman requested the people to be aware of fake currency notes that are being circulated.
