Muslims in Sri Lanka celebrates the Hajj Festival on June 29

Colombo Grand Mosque says that the Crescent of the Month of Dhul Hijjah was sighted on Monday, 19th of June 2023, and Eid Ul Adha (Hajj Festival) will be marked on the 29th of June 2023.

Muslims in Sri Lanka will celebrate the festival on the 29th of June, since the crescent for the month of Dhul Hijjah was sighted today in the country.
