Public Utilities Commission PUCSL has approved power cuts for February 21 as requested by Ceylon Electricity Board CEB due to inadequate generation of electricity.
1 hour iland wide rotational power cut between 8.30am to 7.30pm except areas of Southern region where 3 hours power cut will be effective from 8.30am to 4.30pm according to the PUCS L Chairman Janaka Ratnayake.
