Grade 5 Scholarship Exam to be held today

The 2025 Grade Five Scholarship Examination is scheduled to be held today (10).

The exam will be held at 2,787 centres across the country.

The Department of Examinations noted accordingly, Paper II of the scholarship exam will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., and Paper I will be held from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Meanwhile, the Commissioner General of Examinations, A.K.S. Indika Kumari stated that the examination will commence at 9:30 a.m., and candidates must arrive at their respective examination centres by 8:30 a.m.

All candidates should be seated at respective examination halls by 9:00 a.m.

The Commissioner General of Examination said in the event of any emergencies during the examination, candidates or parents can contact the hotline number 117.

A special program has been implemented to address such situations promptly, she added.
