A 49 year old woman residing in Slave Island, known as ‘Kudu Noni’ arrested for distributing drugs Islandwide through courier services: According to Police Spokesman she has packed heroin inside a toy / doll and sent to Anuradhapura area as a gift. Police arrested another suspect in connection with drug transporting incident.
