Hiru TV veteran Journalist Chamuditha Samarawickrama’s residence in Piliyandala attacked by an unidentified group wearing facemasks and carrying weapons during the early hours this morning. Eyewitnesses say attackers entered the complex holding the security at gunpoint.
Several police teams deployed under the supervision of SSP, Mt.Lavinia Police division to investigate the attack on HIRU TV veteran journalist Chamuditha Samarawickrama’s residence.
Last year, Chamuditha Samarawickrema has been lodged a complaint to police IGP over death threats.
