# No power cuts today – CEB

There will be NO power cuts today anywhere in the island says Ceylon Electricity Board CEB Spokesman.

CEB published a [manual load shedding schedule](https://www.lankaxpress.com/ceb-announced-daily-1-hour-power-cut/) which includes the times and areas where there could be possible power cuts in the future. All the feeders assigned to a particular group may not be interrupted depending on the demand and available generation capacity at a particular time.
